Teacher Proud Tuesday Sept 2024

For this month’s #TeacherProud Tuesday we are spotlighting these members:

Cassville

Cassville

📢 Today is #TeacherProud Tuesday and we are excited to celebrate Ms. Stockton, our talented new music teacher!

Ms. Stockton is a 2019 Cassville High School graduate, and we're thrilled to welcome her back to our district as a first-year teacher. In 2019, she became the second recipient of the prestigious Russell Robinson Scholarship, an honor awarded to a graduating Cassville senior pursuing a degree in music education.

"I became a music teacher because I loved music and performing," stated Stockton. "It's such a great outlet for self expression and helps kids to gain confidence through teamwork and performance. I had an amazing experience in my own show choir led by Mary Richmiller and wanted to continue that tradition of helping kids reach their full musical potential at Cassville."

Congratulations, Ms. Stockton, for being the September #TeacherProudTuesday honoree!

It’s #TeacherProud Tuesday! Ozark is excited to join other school districts across the region in celebrating teachers on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Today we’d like to honor Jeanna Humble, first grade teacher at West Elementary, and Alicia Campbell, choir teacher at Ozark Junior High School. ➡️ Ms. Humble is a first grade teacher at West Elementary. She has the ability to remain cool, calm and collected at all times and with any student. We love her energy and the way she leads our first grade team! ➡️ Ms. Campbell is always seeking new ways for students to showcase their incredible talents and works tirelessly to advocate for the choir program. Her genuine connection and care for each student create a harmonious and inspiring environment every day. Thank you, Ms. Campbell, for making OJH sing!
